BREW92 IS A KSA BASED SPECIALTY CAFÉ AND ROASTERY THAT WAS FOUNDED IN 2016 BY A TEAM OF TALENTED COFFEE EXPERTS, ARTISTIC ROASTERS, AND PASSIONATE BARISTAS. CARING ABOUT QUALITY OVER QUANTITY, WE FOCUSED ON DEVELOPING OUR TEAM BY TRAINING THEM UNDER SCA (SPECIALTY COFFEE ASSOCIATION) STANDARDS; AND NOT JUST FOUNDATION OR INTERMEDIATE LEVELS, BUT TO THE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL. OUR TEAM IS TRAINED IN BARISTA GREEN BEANS AS WELL AS SENSORY AND ROASTING; THEY FUTHER ADVANCED THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE INDUSTRY BY ATTENDING COFFEE EXHIBITIONS, PARTICIPATING IN COMPETITIONS AND EVENTS, AS WELL AS VISITING COFFEE FARMS AROUND THE WORLD IN SEARCH OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY EQUIPMENTS AND COFFEE BEANS TO OFFER THE MARKET.

ONCE THE COFFEE IS ROASTED, THE NEXT STEP IS TO BREW IT PROPERLY IN ORDER TO EXTRACT THE EXACT DESIRED FLAVORS AND AVOID UNDER/OVER EXTRACTION. ONE OF THE MAIN FACTORS OF COFFEE BREWING IS THE WATER TEMPERATURE WHICH SHOULD BE BETWEEN 90°C (194°F) AND 96°C (205°F) WITH AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 92°C. FROM HERE OUR JOURNEY BEGAN AND WE STARTED TO BREW OUR COFFEE AT 92°.

WE SELECT ONLY 100% SPECIALTY GRADE ARABICA BEANS FROM FARMS, ESTATES, AND COOPERATIVES. KEEPING IN MIND EACH COUNTRY’S SEASONALITY, WE BRING GREEN BEAN SAMPLES TO ROAST AND OUR Q-GRADER EVALUATES THEM FOR AROMA AND TASTE IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THAT THEY MEET OUR QUALITY STANDARDS. IN PURSUIT OF QUALITY, WE SOURCE SOME OF OUR BEANS FROM COE (CUP OF EXCELLENCE), WHICH AUCTIONS SOME OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY BEANS IN THE INDUSTRY.
